what a month...

my twin is married now!!the wedding was amazing.

thanks parker. the sneak peak photos are amazing!
i'll be posting more soon enough.

after the wedding, tim & i got to hang out a whole lot.
qw went to cornerstone for a week..now we've been in indiana for the past few days.
yesterday we went to my favorite park, imagination glen, for a little photoshoot:

it's so much fun to have tim around.
i can't wait until we don't have to say goodbye.
he's leaving for tour in a couple days.
i know it'll be hard to be without him.

but i'll be working a lot and going back to school at columbia in chicago.
things are great and i'm so excited for the future.
i know it's looking good :)

my sister got married on saturday. i have lots of photos from the bachelorette party.
we went to see the avett brothers in grand rapids.
it was amazing to spend the night with my three best friends.

the wedding was gorgeous.
i can't wait to see the photos parker took.
i know they'll be incredible.

i'll post some photos later on.
kylie has taken our film camera with her to california,
so i don't have any photos from the actual wedding day yet.
but soon!

i love my sister and my (new) brother-in-law.

i finally got the rest of my photos from new zealand onto my computer.
the past month has been non-stop craziness on tour.
but now i'm back home in indiana.

my last day in new zealand:

we went out to the beach. such an amazing cloudy/windy day:

it was such an incredible experience. i can't wait to go back there.

after nearly 5 months away from home, it's wonderful to be home.
we get to spend a quiet mother's day with our family.

i love my family, but i also miss being away from tim!
he's still touring.
i'll get to see him next month for 3 weeks!
i can't wait for cornerstone and my sister's wedding :)

there sure has been a whole lot of driving going on.
kylie & i are touring with the ember days.
we are in tennessee this morning. but not for long!
we're going to georgia today, then down to florida.
can't say i remember the last time i was in florida, so i'm pretty excited.

my darling tim comes to the states on may 9th.
we'll get to spend a few days together before i go back home.
indiana doesn't have much in store for me though.
just back to making coffee, going to antique stores, and saving money.
but at least my dog casey is there.
he has a way of lifting my spirits.

since my sister is getting married in less than two months (WOW!),
and who knows where tim & i are headed ;)
i have been looking at wedding blogs non-stop!
it's amazing how creative people get.
everyday is something new and adorable.

back in the u.s. of a.

after three glorious months in the south pacific,
my feet have landed back home on american soil.
i flew in on the 2nd, and i've been in california ever since.

i thought i was going back to indiana today,
but that's not the case!!
tim is having troubles getting into america...
stupid visa technicalities.
so, kylie & i are temporary fill-ins for them.

we're touring with the ember days until matt & tim can get into our country.
i'm playing bass and kylie is playing acoustic.
i've never played bass in my life, so it's been an interesting learning experience.
our first show is tomorrow night in fallbrook, california.

i got some film shots of new zealand developed...

i miss it there already! it's strange to be away.
it even felt weird to drive on the american side of the car.

i'll be with the ember days until the end of this month (Lord willing....)
